Cheltenham Design Festival

Go Cheltenham!

It's all go in Glos...

The hottest new design festival arrived to the UK and it was hosted in our very own Gloucestershire. And we were there!

It was the first Cheltenham Design Festival and there was a stunning line-up of speakers from many areas of the design industry.

Panel beaters

And we helped pull together a panel to talk about the burgeoning mobile games industry. The panel includes our erstwhile CEO Oli Christie; then there is Mills from UsTwo, most known for Whale Trail; and Struan Robertson, who replaced Torstein Reil from Natural Motion, based in Oxford and best known for My Horse. And finally the man with the brains was Will Freeman, who is editor of Develop magazine.

Oli Christie, CEO of Neon Play commented, "It's hugely satisfying to see some of the most talented, creative people coming along to Cheltenham to this inaugaral design festival. There was an incredible line-up of big wigs and it was an honour to be invited. The audience were keen and young and we hope it will help inpire a new generation of mobile game studios."
